Nature Walk

Hello!  So I finally broke down and bought this set, I had been humming and hahhhing about it for awhile and decided I needed it for our cottage weekend, (which was AMAZING!) and I'm so glad I did!  I really love how you can use it in so many ways.  Here's 2 samples, the first using the Elegant Soiree DSP and the second is the In Colour DSP available to hostesses.  I really love the combination of Poppy Parade and Peach Parfait - funny we've had the in colours for almost a year and I'm just getting into them!  Glad they're here for 2 years now instead of just 1!  If you like this set you'll want to order it before April 30!  Take care and thanks for stopping by!

Smiley Sisters

Good evening all!  Hope you had a great weekend.  We spent the morning at McLaughlin's Sugar bush and enjoyed a yummy pancake breakfast!  From here we headed to Aylmer to see the swans - quite the site I must say!  Then home for supper, workshop at 7:30 and now here I am!  Today's post is of a couple pages I did last September from  our summer visit to Storybook Gardens.  We had a great time!  My favourite thing on this page (besides the pics!) is the chipboard - I love using chipboard with scrapbooking - I think it's a dimensional thing.  Anyways, colours are Old Olive, Tempting Turquoise, and Real Red, DSP is from the Play Date set.  Hope you like!  I may be a little scarce for the next few days - I have taken the plunge and moved my scrapbook cubby to the basement!  Boy what a mess I have right now!  PLUS I leave for the cottage aka heaven on earth on Thursday and will have 3 days of scrapbooking and cardmaking - so I promise to be back with lots of posts!  I'll try to post before I go though.  Lastly - if you still want a sale-a-bration item please e-mail me asap!  Deadline is Thursday and I will be away!  Take care and thanks for stopping by!  Steph

Love Birds MDS!

When I bought the Love Birds Simply Scrappin Kit, I knew I would have to have the MDS version!  And I love it!  I think it was pretty cheap too...$12.95 if I'm not mistaken.  SO when it came time to make Miss Olivia's thank-you's for her shower, I suggested we use MDS! Although I am partial to handmade cards, by using MDS you can make numerous ones quite quickly and inexpensively.  Plus they still have the personal touch of something handmade!  Hope you are all well and got to enjoy some sunshine today!  Thanks for stopping by, Steph

Gotta love MDS

Good evening!  Hope you were able to enjoy some sunshine today.  We got our bikes out and went for a little ride, so nice to be able to do that again!  Today's post is of the cards I made for my hubby.  Thought I would share with you one of the many benefits of My Digital Studio, it's not just for scrapbooking!  These cards were super easy to make, Basic Black background, add some punches, fill with pics (nice aren;t they?) and add some text, voila!  E-mail me if you would like to know more about MDS at stampaholicsteph@gmail.com .  Thanks for stopping by!

More Nursery Suite DSP!

Oh a sunny day!  Finally the sun is out, now just hoping little Kayla gets rid of this fever so we can go and enjoy it!  Today's post is a couple of pages using the Nursery Suite DSP, which as I mentioned before isn't just for newborns!  I really love the soft colours in this set, perfect for Easter pics!  These are pics from our Easter egg hunt last year.  I love dressing them up with little hats!  I'm quite proud of my paper crafted Sun Bonnet Sue...made the pattern myself!  Hope you like and thanks for stopping by!  Steph

Club Night- Go Away Snow!

Hello All and Happy Snow Day - grrrrr!  The snow has fallen on Club night for the last couple of months, you would think March would be safe!  Well I hope it goes away by tonight so we can all get together, looking forward to seeing everyone!  Today's post is of the page we're making tonight, using Sale-a-bration paper, embellishments, ribbon and buttons.  I really love the ice cream parlour DSP and accessories.  The colours are so fun and can be used for anything.  The other side of this page is multicoloured so if you're not looking for girly paper you can flip it over!  So e-mail me today with your order so you can earn this set for free!  stampaholicsteph@gmail.com or visit my site http://www.stampaholicsteph.stampinup.net/ to place your order on-line.  Hope you're having a good snow day, stay safe and thanks for stopping by!  Steph

Free Time

Happy Sunday to you all!  Have you ever had free time and didn't know what the heck to do you with yourself?  I can honestly say it's been eons since I have and so I decided to post some more for all my fans!  So here are a couple of Easter pages from last year.  I used the Nursery Suite Specialty paper along with Chocolate Chip cardstock.  I really love the versatility of the Nursery Suite DSP.  Hope you are all enjoying your Sunday!  Thanks for stopping by, Steph
